Reservation Management
The Hologic Property Management system offers advanced features for easy reservation management, including group and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) bookings, which are often vital for bridging the business world and the hospitality sector.
Reservation creation or check-in/check-out updates automatically adjust hotel stay statistics, greatly easing organizational efforts. Moreover, Hologic Property Management automates database creation for detailed guest, agency, and company profile management, ensuring personalized service and facilitating collaboration with travel agencies.
It also allows flexible billing by sending alerts about minibar or other consumption upon guest checkout. The Hologic system can link bills to various reservation types, even for groups using hotel services like conference rooms, wellness, and SPA centers, without staying in hotel rooms. The system includes document scanning capabilities for faster and more secure guest check-ins.
Channel Manager
Being present on multiple online booking channels through Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels can significantly impact the occupancy of accommodation units and maximize the potential of online reservations.
That's why we've created a module that provides the necessary tools and functionalities to facilitate efficient management of various online channels. The Hologic Channel Manager acts as a centralized system that synchronizes information about the availability of accommodation units, offers, and prices on all relevant online platforms.

Household
This Hologic module is specifically designed to manage households, allowing for the automation of key maintenance processes and efficient management of all household aspects. These functionalities include:
  • Detailed planning and scheduling of maintenance of accommodation units
  • Conducting inspections and maintenance checks of accommodation units
  • Tracking inventory consumed by guests to ensure high-quality maintenance of the property
  • Organizing all room amenities (soaps, towels, sheets)
Hologic offers the possibility of automating task assignments to housekeepers and their distribution to various accommodation units, taking into account personalized work experience, fair workload distribution, and specific needs of the accommodation units at any given time.
Integration allows the system to automatically recognize the current reservation status associated with a particular accommodation unit. Based on this status, the system automatically assigns tasks required for the maintenance of that unit. Tasks are then automatically sent to housekeepers through a digital system.
Condo Management
When Condo users (Condo investors) buy accommodation units in a hotel that operates under the Condo model, they become the owners of those units. Instead of using them solely for personal use, they have the option of renting them to other guests through the hotel system, through a shared reception. This model allows owners to monetize their investments through rent, while having access to their own accommodation.
In such arrangements, a contract is usually made between the investor and the buyer of the accommodation unit (Condo user), clearly defining the commercial terms. These terms include the buyer's participation in costs and the commission the buyer earns on reservations made in the buyer's ownership. Additionally, the contract specifies the number of days the Condo user can stay in their own accommodation unit without additional fees.
The Condo business model also provides the Condo user with the option to use an application for transparent insight into reservation plans, utilization of their own free-use days, and access to automation and sensor status.
The Condo user has the ability to remotely control thermostats through the application.
Furthermore, the Condo user can create reservations in their own name during available times and within the allocated free-use days, and such reservations are immediately visible to the reception without overlapping with regular (commercial) reservations created by receptionists.
Reports
The system compiles all necessary information and automatically generates reports crucial for hotel managers – in real-time, all in one place.
