RFID USB programming unit
A plug & play card reading solution designed for convenient and easy use.
Key features:
- Computer Connectivity: Enables straightforward programming of RFID cards by simply tapping the card on the USB reader
RFID Card Programming:
RFID cards serve as replacements for physical keys, providing access to various areas. They are highly flexible in design.
The system ensures that no accommodation unit/controller has a pre-programmed RFID card; each unit is "unlocked" exclusively by a specific card.
When not in use, RFID cards are inactive. Prior to being issued to a guest, they must be linked to the reservation, the accommodation unit, and its controller.
This system enhances security by preventing theft and loss of RFID cards, and the card encoding process is both simple and automated.

Parking and self check-in entry station
The access control barrier provides a reliable solution for managing vehicle entry and exit from parking lots or private areas.
Key features:
- PIN Code Entry: Upon entering the PIN code into the terminal as instructed, the system checks if the client has an active reservation at that time
- Valid Reservation: If the reservation is valid, the system programs an RFID card in the client’s name and issues the RFID card
- Barrier Opens: The parking system barrier opens, allowing the client to enter
- Multi-Purpose RFID Card: The client uses the same card for entry into the hotel and their room
Note: The entry station can be used as a standalone parking solution or a standalone self check-in solution.
