TEM Mandeks, is a manufacturing company founded in 1993, specializing in electrical installation materials, smart automation hardware, and industrial electronics. That manufacturing background is what makes Hologic different — the smart room controllers, thermostats, and RFID readers in our hotels are built in-house, not sourced from third parties.
With production facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, TEM Mandeks manufactures every hardware device that powers Hologic's smart rooms — giving us full control over quality, delivery, and long-term support. When something needs fixing, the same team that built it handles it.

A strategic partnership with TEM Čatež from Slovenia extends hardware distribution across the wider European Union market.
In 2017, Mandeks invested in the technology startup Pimatico d.o.o, to build the cloud software layer alongside the hardware — bringing reservations, restaurant, and smart room management into one connected platform. That platform is Hologic. Built by people who also build the devices running in your rooms.
