Expanding its operations in late 2015 with the opening of a production facility in Croatia, TEM Mandeks further strengthened its presence in the market. As part of this expansion, its subsidiary company, Mandeks d.o.o., specialized in plastic processing for the automotive industry, maintaining the high standards of quality and technological development set by the parent company.

It is important to highlight the strategic partnership with TEM Čatež from Slovenia, through which products are distributed throughout the European Union, further enhancing the company's presence in international markets. This partnership represents a key component of the company's strategy for further growth and expansion on a global scale.
In 2017, Mandeks invested in the technological startup Pimatico d.o.o, initiating a program to develop devices and cloud software for various purposes. The outcome of this joint development effort is our HOLOGIC solutions for process management in the hospitality industry.
